Ok, we just got a bible discussion that took place in a Mc Donald's between a non-JW and an Elder and the elder actually states that "The Elders do not represent the WTBT$".
Ok, then I have a question....if they don't represent the org. then how in the hell do they have authority to have JC meetings and disfellowship people???

it's with regards to disfellowshipping.. is disfellowshipping a legal procedure?
like is there something i can use to prevent this from happening to me if it does happen.. no jokes about me being a bad little boy.

Some very good suggestions. Mike & I had our lawyer send them a cease & desist letter stating that their accusations of apostatsy were based on hearsay only and they still sent us a certified letter inviting us to our JC meeting, when we wrote back that Mike was going to be out of town and couldn't make it for that date, they ignored our request for 6 days later and when we didn't show up, disfellowshipped us anyway...
